Welcome to the Events R Talented competition where you have the chance to shine and showcase your talent to your peers in our wonderful events industry. So, whether you can sing, dance or do a bit of stand up comedy. This is the competition for you! This innovative concept not only gives you the chance to showcase your talents, it also is being promoted to benefit one specific charity and that is, the event’s industry very own ‘MEETING NEEDS’ - a worthwhile cause, I’m sure you’ll agree.
You will have the chance to perform at our auditions evening which takes place each year in Central London. You will perform in front of a live audience of your industry peers and a panel of professional judges.
After the initial audition, our judges will select a small number to perform a second time, then later that evening the winning act will be announced.
The winner will have the honour of being a ‘STAR’ Act at the annual M&IT Awards Dinner. Not only that, the winner will also be invited onto a Sandals Resort Fam’ Trip to the Caribbean with the opportunity to perform in resort whilst there.
Four individuals who collectively enjoy over 50 years’ experience in the events industry and are committed to giving something back to those who deserve and are in need of help. We decided on helping ‘Meeting Needs’ as they seemed the perfect charity for an event’s oriented talent competition

When donating via our online donations page, please remember to put in the comments page the name ‘Events R Talented/Meeting Needs. Please remind your friends and colleagues of this as well. Terms and Conditions
All donated funds raised either by direct donation at either of our auditions, from our audition fund-raising activities, online via this website, direct donations on our donations page or by any online auction via our social media pages or elsewhere will go direct to Meeting Needs. The trip to the Caribbean will be organised entirely by Sandals Resorts. Only one place is currently available on this trip which will take place in the year or the following year of announcing our winning act.
